Cost of Sewing: March

For the month of March I have mostly been adjusting to having two kids, so I haven't been doing much sewing. Luckily, I have a couple of projects that I've slowly been working on to show you next month. Here are the projects I made this month:

Fabric I used this month
  • 3 yds floral thrifted fabric
  • receiving blanket
  • scraps of black felt and gray felt
  • some polyfil and elastic
  • scraps of red vinyl
  • one 6' board, stain, and white paint

Income
  • Pattern Sales: $29
  • Ads: $32.70
Expenses
  • Savers: $28.52
  • Joanns: $18.87
I read an blog post recently about the relationship of blogging, money, and appearances. It pretty much sums up how I feel or at least what I've been thinking lately. What do you think?

  3. Time to adjust is needed, i guess. I wonder how it'll go here.
As for sewing costs, I've been able to sew a lot at 0 cost, which is great. I suppouse I do have a huge stash!
