Today I get to show off Henry is his trendy colorblocked sweater and skinny jeans. I made the sweater from two sweaters I cut up. The green pieces on the top are from the same sweater I used for the cardigan. I altered a pattern from the book Kwik Sew’s Sewing for Toddlers. (Almost everything I make for Henry is based off of these patterns. I LOVE that book!) For the pants I cut up some old jeans using theSmall Fry skinny jeans pattern.
I like how they each turned out and think they will be perfectly warm all winter. The pants have tons of growing room so they might even fit him next winter!
My parents have a little stream in their backyard, and it has become heaven for Henry. He loves throwing anything in the water and hitting the water with sticks.
I love the colorblocked detail and the little snaps on the side. And how cute are skinny jeans on little boys?
