Size 24 mos T-shirt Shortall Pattern

I've got a new free pattern! Is anyone willing to test it for me? I need some of you to test my new baby shortall pattern now in size 24 mos. I would if I could, but my son isn't close to being that big. He's on the smaller side of the scale.
Here are the two links you'll need to make this. Also, use an adult large or larger t-shirt.

  1. My guy is 19 months so I'll try and get this done this weekend and let you know how it goes. I might do it with fabric instead of at t-shirt, all my upcycling t's have be going to into toddler underwear lately so we'll see! I'm excited! most shops only carry these cuties up to 24 months, and maybe I'll be able to make them up to 3t, there so much better for super hot days, no waist band to get all hot, and also for traveling.

  2. My son is 19 months but is suddenly so tall that he is now wearing 24 months clothing. I'd love to test out your pattern. I'll do my best to get it done soon, but no promises : )

  5. I love this idea and pattern! I made shortalls for my son last night, and they fit great this morning! I have a very chunky 10 month old, and he wears 18-24 month size clothes. I made the shortalls out of a women's XL fashion tee, and I had plenty of fabric. It w my test run, to see how well I could use the pattern and to see if I understood everything. I hope to use one of my husband's old college t-shirts next! I left extra room around the neck/shoulders and it fits perfect. The sleeves are just right. I use cloth diapers with him, and there is a perfect amount of room for a little growing and movement, which I think is great! It was mentioned that the pattern was made for shorter shorts, so I lengthened it by 2 inches, and it made fantastic crawling capri-length pants that cover the knees, and I think next time I will be staying with the original pattern length, or lengthening it to add 3.5 inches and make full length pants. It was roomy enough around the belly when I added 1/4" to each side (he's chunky!) but I didn't need to- the pattern was perfect as is! So, any adjustments I made to the pattern to fit my baby weren't really needed, and I had absolutely no problems following the tutorial for the first time. Thanks for adding this to your site! I love this pattern!

  6. I love this Idea and pattern! I did a test run of this pattern with a woman's XL fashion tee for my chunky 10 month old son, and it turned out great! I made a couple of adjustments because I thought he needed more width because he's a fat baby, but it turns out that the pattern was perfect, and I didn't really need to do that. I also lengthened it by 2" because it was said that the pattern makes shorter shorts. I ended up with fantastic crawling Capri- length shortalls, but for true shortalls, the pattern is perfect. The sleeves were just right, and the length accommodates his cloth diapers and allows room for movement and growing. All in all, a fan tactics pattern! Thanks for posting it! Love it! I'm attacking my husband's old college t-shirts next! Tell me where, and I'd be happy to share a picture of my finished product!

  7. I'm in desperate need for a 3T or 4T Romper pattern for my 2 year old son. He's a "diaper digger" and will not leave his clothes on and isn't ready for potty training :( any could you make the pattern that size?
