UGlu Giveaway: Renter's Solution

I was read for a change in my front room. I was just sick and tired of looking at cinderblock even if it did have some cool decor over it. I wanted to cover it up. I got some heavy home decor dandelion fabric to make a nice wall hanging. I tried putting it up with starch, but found the fabric was too heavy. My dad saw something about UGlu, and so I got some to try. I was amazed at how easy it was to work with and how well it held up the fabric. I ended up using a combination of starch, to make the fabric flush with the wall, and UGlu, to hold up the weight.
My pieces overlap by a little bit, so I found the UGle even bonds fabric to fabric!
I also used it to put up a fabric in my bedroom.
And the ceiling medallions from the front room were moved above the closet.
It also is strong enough to hold up Henry's jungle mobile which is surprisingly heavy.
I told the company my successful story and how happy I was with their product, so today I'm offering TWO UGlu goody bags filled with assorted sizes of UGlu.
To enter just leave a comment telling me what you would do with UGlu if you won! You don't have to be renting, and this giveaway is open to international readers. This giveaway will be open until Friday, March 2nd, at 11:59 pm MDT.

*Disclaimer: This giveaway is sponsored by me. No monetary compensation was given, and I didn't receive UGlu for hosting.

  1. This is great! I live in an apartment and we aren't aloud to put up curtains because we have these weird blind things. I could use this to hang some fabric over it similar to what you did in the first picture.

  2. I'm a renter! I'd looove to use this stuff, especially to decorate my baby boy's room. I've often thought gluing fabric to the walls would make a cool effect. Way to be creative!

  5. Cool stuff! I love putting fabric on apartment walls for a bit of pop. We did that with Colson's tree, so that's what I would use UGlu for!

  6. I have so many projects in mind for the new house that the better question is what wouldn't I use it for? I'm with you on using it to hang the baby's mobile once he's born. Maybe that would be the first.

  7. I have never heard of this stuff, but how cool is this? And the options are endless in what you could do with it, but probably I would use it to put up seasonal stuff around the house.

  10. A suggestion on their website was to use it to hold down tablecloths at parties. My son's birthday is in May and it's always so windy!! Maybe this is the perfect solution!

  12. I've never heard of this product either, but I could definitely use some! My husband just got new orders and we're trying to make this military house a home. Hard to do with white walls since we can't paint, but with this we could definitely do some cool wall hangings and artwork!
