Appliquéd Grandma Towel

This past week was my mom's birthday, so I appliquéd a towel to give to her. I used the leftover fabric from the apron my sister and I made her for Mother's day.

It was actually a really easy project. I just ironed some heat'n'bond onto the fabric, drew my letters backwards, cut them out, ironed them onto to the towel, and did a close-set zigzag stitch around all the edges.

 I think it's so fun that it matches the apron.
