One of my friends came up with this delicious peppermint bark. First melt 1 1/2 bags of semi-sweet chocolate.
Spread it out on a jelly roll pan. Mmm. . . chocolate. . .
Let the chocolate cool completely and share the love between pretzels and chocolate.
Let it cool completely then spread out pretzels across the whole pan.
Melt 1 1/2 bags of white chocolate and spread it softly across the pretzels. It's pretty tedious to spread out the white chocolate while trying to keep the pretzels in line. (Next time I do this I think I'm going to do two bags of each because I felt like I didn't have enough chocolate.)
Then, sprinkle 6-7 broken candy cane crumbs over the melted chocolate.
Last, enjoy! I love this because you get the true flavor of each ingredient. It's delicious and has been a big hit with my family in Utah.
